Dashboard
The Dashboard shows your current membership, subscriber number, newsletter subscriptions and links to subscriber services, including Tenancy Builder, the Handbook, Technical Support, payment history, helpdesk and service status.
Customer Profile
Use Customer Profile to update your:
- name
- email address
- username
- display name
- postal address
- phone and mobile numbers
Some fields, such as your subscriber number and accreditation number, are for reference only and cannot be changed.
Your display name appears on your Guild certificate, so check it carefully before saving. Your username must be at least four characters long and can only contain lowercase letters, numbers or underscores.
When finished, click Save Profile at the bottom of the page.
Important: If you change your email address in the main Guild account area, your tenancy list may not appear straight away in Tenancy Builder.
First, log out of Tenancy Builder and sign in again. If the list still does not appear, try a private or incognito window. It may also take a few minutes for the databases to sync.
If your tenancies still do not appear, submit a support request through the Guild helpdesk at Submit a Ticket.
Changing your password
On the Customer Profile page, click Change next to the password indicator to reveal the password fields.
You will need to enter:
- your current password
- your new password
- confirmation of your new password
If you are only updating contact details, leave the password section unchanged.
