Online Application Form for Prospective Tenants
Guild subscribers can use our online application form for prospective tenants.
By adding a record, you generate a unique URL that you send to the applicant and, with a click, will be able to complete an online application.
The prospective tenant can complete all information you need, such as address history, whether they have pets, other proposed occupiers and much more.
The applicant can also upload identity documents such as a passport and payslips.
Once completed, you will receive a notification by email, and you’ll be able to view all the information needed to decide whether to grant the tenancy to them or not.
After completion, you can use the information when creating a new agreement in Tenancy Builder or referencing.
