I'm sure this has been asked before, possibly by myself (!), but if a tenant wishes for their partner to move into the property after the initial 6-month term, who is liable to pay?
Would it be a brand new tenancy and, therefore, down to the landlord to pay for a new tenancy?
Or, as the tenant requested, would they be liable to pay?
Would it be classed as an amendment to an existing tenancy?
