A Landlord has contacted us to advise they are unhappy with how a Tenant has installed an electric cooker, AO installed the oven, and they have informed us the Engineer was fully qualified. Still, the owner has said it was fitted in an unsafe manner. Can you suggest where we stand, as the owner is asking for payment from the bond for correcting the wiring?
