I served my tenant with an s21 as I want to sell the house, and the notice period is until the end of June 2023. In the meantime, she has found another rental and, on the 15th of April, gave me one month's notice and told me that she would not be paying me full rent in May. Her rent date is the 1st of each month.
Can you please confirm that even though she has given me notice, she still has to pay the full rent for May?
Also, if she moves out on the 15th but still pays rent until the end of the month, what are her rights to access the property? And Who is liable for the utility bills and council tax for those two weeks between the 15th of May and the end of May?
