Rent Increase While Serving a Possession Notice: Can You?

Hi, We have served a section 6A possession notice on 15th August 2023 for our Tenants to vacate on 19th October 2023. They are refusing to go, and the Landlord wants to know if we can serve a section 13 for a rent increase whilst the tenants are under a possession notice.
