Hello
I have a tenant who had decided to use the top of the stairs as a dirty clothes store and a place to have his exercise bike. I told him this could not continue and explained it needed to be tied up and removed.
As of yesterday, the items are still there; if it gets to Thursday and the things are still there, what would be the most appropriate action to take?
Would it be a case of issuing a letter and then removing the items myself after a specific date if no action has been taken?
