Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am not an electrician, so I was wondering whether a “satisfactory” DEICR carried out in September 2020 is the same as an EICR?
I am about to set up a Let Only tenancy for a landlord and have requested all the necessary compliance documents from the landlord, and they have sent me a DEICR.
