Does a Possession Order Count as a CCJ?

When using the PCOL for overdue rent, once I have been given a possession order, etc., at my hearing, is this classed as a CCJ against my tenant? If so, can I ask for a CCJ, and can I also ask for a money order to be made against PAYE?
