Terminate a Lodger Agreement Where There is a Breach

IMPORTANT: This template is only suitable for an excluded licence lodger agreement and has no other purpose whatsoever! 

If you have a lodger in your home and the lodger is failing to comply with any terms of the agreement, including payment of the licence fee, this template letter will give the lodger "reasonable" notice to vacate the room and your home.

If there is no breach and you want to give one month's notice as our excluded licence lodger agreement requires, this template will be more appropriate when there is no fault.
