Routine Inspection Template

When a landlord inspects a property to check what repairs might be necessary, the landlord must first give at least 24 hours' notice in writing. If an inspection is required for other purposes, the length of time will depend upon the terms of the current tenancy agreement, but usually, it's 24 hours to make it the same.

This template document is for a general inspection (including checking for repairs if you like). It suggests giving five days' notice, but you can change this to anything you want (as long as at least 24 hours or whatever your tenancy states).
