THIS FORM IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR ENGLAND! Housing Act 1988 Schedule 2A, paragraph 9, as inserted by Schedule 7 to the Housing Act 1996, provides that where a tenancy would be an assured agricultural occupancy, a prescribed form may be served before the tenancy commences, and that will make the tenancy an assured shorthold tenancy (this is a very simplified summary of the legislation).
