Not Accept Notice to Quit Because Not Long Enough

Sometimes a tenant gives a notice to quit which is invalid for some reason. This template is notifying the tenant that the notice they have given is invalid because it is not long enough. A couple of options are available within the template namely:

• You can refuse to accept the notice until a new valid one is served or,
• Accept the notice but treat it as expiring on the next available valid date

It is a Word compatible template which can be modified to suit your own needs.
