Often landlords and letting agents carry out routine inspections on their properties. This template is to write to inform the tenant that everything was found to be in good order after a routine inspection and to thank the tenant for taking care of the property.
The routine inspection report (product code LT060) can be optionally attached to this letter.
This template is in rich text format, so it will work on all word processors, including Word, and can be modified to your liking. If repairs must be carried out (by landlord or tenant) after the inspection, use LT061 to inform the tenant of works or repairs required after review.
