The Lacors Fire Safety Guidance provides a suggested fire risk assessment form. This template is based on that form and is in Word format so that it can be easily edited and completed.
It is generally only suitable for small HMO bedsit-type accommodation with two storeys and no more than five occupiers. Anything more significant may require a more substantial and detailed form.
