Introducing Visit Reports & AI Assistant - Fast, defensible routine inspections

We've launched Visit Reports & AI Assistant in Tenancy Manager (beta). It's built for speed: record only what matters during a routine visit and generate clear, actionable outputs quickly - without combing through hundreds of "OK" boxes.

Why we built it

Members told us routine inspections were slow and bloated. Our AI Inventory proved how much time could be saved by structuring data, so we've brought that thinking to mid-tenancy visits: exceptions-only capture and action-ready outputs.

What you can do today

Capture observations quickly: choose room, set outcome (Action required, No material issue observed, or Info/note only), add a concise note, and attach photos if needed.
Generate outputs with one click:
- Detailed report with action plan (if actions exist)
- No material issues report
- Email to tenant - actions required
- Email to tenant - all satisfactory
Let the AI help (optional): it suggests liability, priority, timeframe, recommended actions, and follow-up for each issue--fully editable.
Work with or without an inventory: if an inventory is selected, we auto-fill the address and show rooms/items from your AI Inventory.

The assistant produces raw Markdown text ready to paste into Word/Docs/your CRM/email. It does not generate downloadable files.

Photos are not sent to the AI--only your typed notes are analysed.

How to try it

Go to Tenancy Builder → Tenancy Manager → Visit Reports.
Click Add, then either Use inventory or enter the property address.
Add observations and Save.
Click AI Analyse, choose your output, then Copy the text.

Prefer a basic printout? Use PDF (no AI) from the Visit Reports list for a simple, inventory-style PDF of your entries and photos.

Notes & scope

This is a limited, non-invasive visual inspection tool and not a survey. It does not replace statutory checks (gas, EICR, fire safety, etc.).
AI outputs aren't stored permanently - copy anything you need.
